Caller: Strong accent (India) “Mark” and later “David “ from “The Visa Department “. Of what organisation I enquired, just the “ Visa Department”. Claiming a false transaction had been lodged. Could not name the merchant. Told them nothing other than a few choice words about scammers and blocked the number: Scammers.
