Caller: Claimed to be Telstra NBN Had noticed upload & download speeds getting slower. Said something about upgrading fibreoptic cable. Wanted me to close down computer & restart. Asked him to prove was ringing from where he claimed. He said well your address is .... and I said anyone can find that out. I asked him what my account no. and he replied can't disclose that info. He then hung up.
