Claiming that myself or retained attorney had to call them back immediately as someone has filed a lawsuit. This is the 3rd call of this nature from various telephone numbers.

Ringing non stop claiming to be Matthew Clark from the ato scam caller how can you stop them from ringing

This is an unrelenting scam. really doing my head in.

They called twice and when i called back and figured they were a scam, they threaten to freeze my accounts and have me arrested. This is out of order. Who do i report them to?

I got the call, had a fit at them. They hung up. I was bored and kept calling them back. Redial is awesome. They told me to stop calling, honest to god. While that number is busy they can't get calls, so I just called and called, even had a long chat about their scam. A couple from India, initial training form a call centre.

They called me too.

Left a voice mail stating he is from ATO. Called back and he Said I owe ATO $4000+ and I have to decide if I wanna go through the court or settle it outside. I said neither. So he threatened saying if i dont select one, he will issue a non bailable Warrant and have me arrested by today evening and I said. Yeah I always wanted to get Arrested and begged him to send the cops as i knew its a scam. pathetic looser!

Pre-recorded message in (barely) English claiming that it was a call from the ATO. Obviously full of sh*t - blocked number. If they catch the c*nts running this scam, I hope they skin them alive. f*ckwits.

Scamming bs. Very sick of these calls which I’ve received a couple of times now. Wish these scammers would get a life and stop hassle us. Have blocked this number ASAP

email VERIZON and tell them that a scammer is using their number:

wisp-tam-unit @ intl.verizon.com

I note that the owner of this number is: VERIZON AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED .
They allocate the following numbers:
(02) 6100 4000 (02) 6100 9999 -- Allocated

This means that potentially we can also complain to VERIZON AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED as they are the ones that have sold the number to a scamer.

Scam call claimed too be from ATO. Trying to scam money for a fake litigation claim.

SCAM: recorded message pretending to be from the ATO, making cheap threats. F#:@ off.

Blocked all of the numbers, they just call from another. I don't answer but the guy today left a message telling me to ring back. Not on your life, no ATO employee calls themselves Officer.
