Apparently there a company called "brand choice" I have been getting calls from them for a week today I chose to answer and told them I am not interested

claiming I entered some competition and won an iphone 6. think it has links to a spam message on FB asking for personal details....

Getting spam calls every single day from various numbers. Keep blocking them but they then use different numbers. Getting so sick of this!

Calls up to 3 times a day, for weeks now, will block them. They never leave a message

Just called me twice and I missed calls, when I rang back I got an optus message saying the number had been disconnected. How can it be disconnected when I had just missed a call from the number. However based on previous people's comments, I will just block the number on my phone.

I have already spoken to a supposed supervisor and advised that should I receive any further calls I would refer them to the Ombudsman. They continue to call. Had a gut full. As a shift worker they really cause a lot of inconvenience.

Called twice today claiming entered false competition

I got a popup in my mobile mentioning on a competition run by Google. It requested my phone number, DOB, address, name etc. When I realised this is a spam I turned the mobile off. Still from next day I started getting calls from this number.

Would any authorities take any actions against them as they pretend that they are Google to run this spam.
