Some woman reading from a script saying I have an outstanding fine and a warrant will be issued for my arrest if I do not comply. I was supposed to ring back the number or press 1 for further information. Obviously I did not. The number is a Canberra number according to my mobile phone. I have no outstanding fines. It is a scam.
