Scammer. Said he was from Norton. I was trying to install Norton antivirus when an error message appeared and then I received a phone call from a person who said he was David from Norton. He asked what I used my computer for. I genuinely thought he was from Norton and actually allowed him to access my computer to try to fix the problem . Luckily for me the penny dropped after he was asking me to choose from a list of extra charges for extra protection. I hung up and blocked him. I feel stupid because I am really protective of my personal information
