Caller: They didn't say

Had a missed call from this number and a voice message was left for me. Upon listening to it a robotic recorded male voice said "there is a lawsuit being filed under your name, you must call this number and if you don't we will have to issue an arrest warrant...YEP A SCAM!

I got a call from this number saying there was going to be a warrant out for my arrest if I didn’t call them back bunch of bollax

Just got a call from this number, robotic voice. Apparently I am being sued via the ATO.

The call went something like this
'This is a call from the Australian Taxation Office, you are being sued by ...'
I hung up at that point.

Got a call today - Tue 12 Feb 2018 - telling me a lawsuit had been filed under my name, and I should call them back asap. Otherwise I'll probably get arrested.

Got a voicemail from this number with a digitized voice telling me to call back - if I didn't call then they would issue an arrest warrant.. that's NOT how the law works even if there was any reason for it!

I just hung up with a guy called Austin Cordon...and gave the number to call and it didn't sound right at all...Why would Julia Guilard with her Carbon Tax policy give anyone 50% OF his tax money back for 2010-2011 ??!! and when I googled it...I found this site...
PS:weird name for an Indian guy...Austin Gordon...he might as well be Austin Powers hahaha

i got a call from this number as well telling me being  a genuine TAX Payer and having no criminal records you are entitled to some $3000. confiming my address and stuff but i said i just arrived in australia before 6 months and GOTCHA!!!!!He stuffed up.....SCAM!!!

me too, I got call yesterday and I call back today. he said his name stefan edward from Tax Office Canbera, since the first he called me , I didn't trust him because his name look like european name but his dialek is indian ...ha ha haaa LOL .....you want to deceve me. He said Julia Gillard government offer me 3640 dollars because I have 6 criteria....I just remember  one of them, I paid tax on time ......ha ha ha funny. Not me paid on time, my employer. to claim the money I have to transfer 250 to daniel parera's account, he said  this money to help people in India .....comeback to your country man!!!!!, Australia not for people like you.

Someone rang me today but i was not at home and left message with my friend saying that the caller was from Australian Taxation office, Canberrra and because of my clean tax paying history and no criminal records, i have been awarded reward of Aud $ 5,000 and told my friend to ask me to ring him back.
