I have received the same calls from a girl called Maurice and I also won second prize $450,000 HK.

I have spoken to ACCC and they are well aware of the scam.

It is the fourth day into the new year and "Lucky" me I have just won $450,000 HK.
Just remember all the WARNINGS, never ever give ID numbers to these people.
I can live without their "money"

Hey Guys, A friends mother had a phone call asking to do a survey, she did it with them and they gave her a ticket number to go into a draw to win a prize. They have just called her back today to tell her they were from Galaxy Entertainment Group and that she had one 42000 Hong Kong dollars, which is about $5000AUD.  They have faxed her through a form to fill in to receive the money. They did however call from 3040 2566 and said it was a brisbane number?  Be careful, they will try it all.

thanks so much for the info....i thought it was a scam but they kept giving me all the info i need so i wasn;t 100% sure. they are waiting for me to replay to their email with my details....i think ill call scam watch on them!

Even i got a call from Galaxy...and lady's name is Cindy
this time the new number is (02) 6100 3966

And  wondered why they doing all these stuff with us....
what r they going get out of these type of calls?
