Hey the same scam is still going on but under a different name. I just want to put this on the internet because when I first googled I could not find anything. The company is not Galaxy Entertainment Group. They still have the same 2nd prize raffle scam and Sony Mp3 player scam. They asked me to get an international accounted for a resource fund number.
I am unsure what it is they want as I never got asked for money but I think they are trying to steal your identity or personal information for resale.
So Galaxy Entertainment Group are now the culprits with fake parties where you do not attend with a fake 2nd prize raffle.

I have had the same calls, going along the same lines except they haven't asked me for any details other then my postal address, which i gave them.. not much they can do with that unless they really wanna send me stuff. someone needs to accept their "party" invitation and call their bluff. they obviously make it completely unreasonable occasion thinking no one would possibly accept. im disappointed i didn't find this forum earlier cause i would of done this. something about messing with scamming morons gives me great joy :D.Never Pay money for anything offered freely unless you have previous knowledge of the "survey" or have offered your details to receive the calls.Always double check everything especially when you are required to give out details.Be suspicious of anyone giving away something for nothing.

Hi I have recieved the same calls over the past few days & sent the claim form back just today , I to am now waiting for the money to appear in my bank , as if.Glad I decided to Google it.Thanks every one.

your calling yourself INNOCENT?you know how to speak disgusting words to those people who's doing it.how about you?did you see yourself first before pointing someone's misery?..it's not like I'm defending those who is under fraudulence. i"m being concerned about the way you talk to someone. you can write down here without a disgusting word.

Hey Guys, A friends mother had a phone call asking to do a survey, she did it with them and they gave her a ticket number to go into a draw to win a prize. They have just called her back today to tell her they were from Galaxy Entertainment Group and that she had one 42000 Hong Kong dollars, which is about $5000AUD.  They have faxed her through a form to fill in to receive the money. They did however call from 3040 2566 and said it was a brisbane number?  Be careful, they will try it all.

Seems they've changed their name, and are going by "galaxy entertainment group" now.I was fairly confident it was a scam after the survey, I couldn't find anything about "galaxy entertainment group" so I just forgot about, until I received a phone call saying I'd won, but currently too loud to tell me and they'd call me back tomorrow, to tell me what it is. I'm guessing.. it's 2nd prize and I'll need to give them my bank details.. right?Hope this helps those at stage 1 of the scam with the now "galaxy entertainment group"
