Called by a person claiming to be from the ATO. Message left saying an arrest warrant will been issued for tax fraud and the police will be called unless I call back on (02) 6064 2036.

Later same day called by another person claiming same as first caller and left message saying to call back on (02) 6064 2035.

Got a phone call, with a strong Indian accent, saying that it was from the legal department of Australian Tax Office and there is a court case filed against my name. She, the caller, also urges me to call on (02) 6064 2035 for more information.

Scammers claiming to be from the tax office. Have a warrant out and police will be knocking on my door at any moment....................

Its got to be BS because they said "your area" instead of actually naming my town or location.

have had the message on my answer machine many times but one time picked it up and it is a recorded message as i spoke and they never stopped their talk. ignore them
