A recorded message in Chinese asking to press the button to chat further. Received similar calls many times. Can somebody stop them?

Got call from it on my voicemail, very likely a scam, prerecorded message in going in the loop in Chinese and English, asking to press buttons and telling you your phone service will be disconnected in 2h..
