Caller: SCAM they leave a recorded voice message .... "the moment you receive this message, I want you to get back to me on my department number. Now if we DONT HEAR from you WE HAVE TO ISSUE an ARREST WARRANT under your number, so get back to me as soon as possible"
^^ ARE THEY SERIOUS to THREATEN that they will ISSUE AN ARREST WARRANT !!!!
