Caller: Some scammer atempting to access my PC Another Indian accent advising he was from Telstra.
He advised me I have a problem with my NBN & Router which was progressively losing speed day by day.
And instructed me to turn on my computer so we could solve the problem. It was obvious he wanted to setup a remote connection.
I played with him for as long as I could to boost his confidence until I got tired and then advised him that I check and log my NBN speed at least twice a day (which I do for the sake of evidence for speed disputes) and that my speed was the same as always so F#$% Off you W@$^#$ - You are not from Telstra.
For some reason he ended the call then and there.
Of course, when I called back, there is no such phone number so I can't become a nuisance to them - SADLY.

These companies ring you and hope that you say your name or company name when you answer and they hang up. Then they add your name to a database and then you'll get calls from different scammers that already have information on you.
