Accented voice claiming to be from Telstra warning me of abnormal activity on my internet (I do not use Telstra) and giving instructions to modify my computer to protect it but hung up when I asked them for my name & the ISP I use. Phoning back the number gave a message that the number is disconnected.

A woman who claimed to be from Telstra (heavy asian call centre accent). She said she was calling about your internet connection? Then asked if I am the owner of the internet account? I said yes to both questions. Then they disconnected the call abruptly. Funny as our number is a silent unlisted number

said they was from Telstra ,could hardly speak english, I asked what department he worked in and he said 'dont ask stupid questions idiot', I asked who he thought he was talking to and he said my dad and hung up !! hahahaha what losers

Male caller, authorative accent like those from ATO scammers that claim there's a warrant for your arrest due to outstanding tax bill. This time they claim to be from Telstra Technical Department and that "your phone and internet will be disconnected within 24 hours due to NBN". They have called several times in recent weeks, and twice in last two days

It came on my message bank and left the message "if you want to disconnect your internet, press 2" obviously I didn't press 2

Yes Telstra should get off their backsides and fix this problem their claim that they are unable to track these people is weak perhaps they can not Could it be that they are doing it themselves???

Indian sounding man said he was from Telstra and to get a pen and piece of paper to take down his details (yeah right!) 'My name is John ?" "we have detected viruses on your internet connection..' so I have blocked this number..

A woman with an Indian accent in what sounded like a call centre called claiming to be with Telstra regarding the internet connection. After I notified her Telstra wasn't our provider she advise it was to do with optic cabling in the ground. She I was the owner and the user of the internet and when i said these were two different people she hung up. Has scammers all of it.

Received call and no answer. am also getting calls from (02) 5879 6479/">(02) 5879 6479 with someone saying that they were from Telstra. I placed a block on the (02) 5879 6479 and then received a call from this number (02) 5876 6484

The recorded message said my Telstra internet service was about to be disconnected. Press one if I did not want it disconnected or press two if I wanted it disconnected. I did nothing and they hung up after a minute or so of stand off.

Male voice with English accent saying Telstra was about to discontinue my internet - that's when I hung up!

I went along with the call knowing full well it was a scam then hangs up then calls me two days later on my mobile saying that our line cut off sorry for the late repely then I told her you have been traced back to a house in the city she hang up. f*cken idiots hahahah

The last few weeks am getting all these calls from different numbers but know they are all scammers.. Have been told they are calling lots of other people too. They really are a pain in the butt and should be reported......
