Caller type: Unsolicited call
Location: Australia
Caller: a female caller with an England type accent

It was a taped recording and she claimed she was calling about National Broadband and which button to press for various options. Two calls today already. Getting very sick of these types of calls, one per day on average.

I live in Western Australia.

Get these calls all the time claiming to be from Telstra, to my landline and my mobile.

They leave message, a woman saying will be disconnected from Telstra as owe them money, my ADSL not with Telstra.
Some sort of scam!

Reportedly from Telstra. Trying to tell me they are going to disconnect my service as I have not been paying and does that worry you ma'am. Well no I am not with Telstra anyway so told them where to go and they are scammers. Has not stopped them from ringing back again. Trouble is they may cause problems for someone who is with Telstra. Think they were also looking for remote access, as have had this type of call before.

Caller: Someone claiming to be from Telstra

They asked me about my Telstra connection of which I don’t have one. When i replied I’m not a Telstra customer, the man with an indian accent said “can I f*** you?”. I was so shocked I said “what?” And he said the same thing again. I hung up immediately. When I tried to call the number, I got an auto message saying the mobile number has been disconnected.
