I let it go to voicemail and then listened to it after. Pre-recorded female voice speaking in English first, then Mandarin Chinese. It was half cut off but the general gist of the message was along the lines of "final chance to collect your parcel" or something like that, which is what I assume was repeated in Mandarin.
