Rang through citing Dubbo (NSW) as the originating location for the call. I left it to go to Voicemail - the message was less than five seconds and included some clicks which sounded like a human scuffing before hanging up.

I believe that this is some sort of scammer, they have rung three nights in a row at approximately the same time. So someone wanting money for something I’m sure! I do not answer calls that do not leave a message.
