I dialled this number and got "the number you have called is not connected. Please check the number before calling again."

Same as above. They called, I picked up and there was an automated message saying "goodbye"

Answered call, no-one there

Tried calling back said number not connected , blocked the number !

it rang me I answered and then it just started beeping. Odd - i have blocked the number now.

Caller said Victorian electricity bills could supposedly be cut by 40%. I told him he was talking to the WA branch and to call back tomorrow and he hung up abruptly.

One of those comparison companies, just keep calling even after I told them no

Spam.

When you try to call back you get - "Your call could not be connected, please check the number and dial again"

Got a call from this number in the morning... answered, but no one there.
Got another call this afternoon same number, decided to let it go to voicemail... no message left... blocking caller.

Call centre doing power bill comparison - offering best discounts. I spent some time on the phone, making up power and gas meter numbers - eventually resulted in a follow-up call from an Australian sounding caller.

Twice in two days. When I ring back the number is not connected

Missed a call from them, then got a call back 2 hours later. But when I answered it hung up immediately. Tried calling back but number seems to be disconnected.
