Phone caller goes silent when number is answered and disconnects about four seconds later caller is from Plumthorpe, Barraba, Australia northers NSW

I have a Google Pixel 8 Pro, the phone advised the number was spam and I didn't answer it. Checked Reverse Australia and it listed the number with many complaints

Received a call from this number today. Thanks for the messages, did not answer.

Scammers using cloned number showing it originates from a small village in North-west NSW, Mayvale

Rang last night 8.00ish. When answered a recorded message informing me it was a political survey - I left the phone in that room and let it continue before I returned half an hour later to collect the phone

Number is from Mayvale, NSW. Time was 7.17 pm. When I answered they hung up. Blocked number.

Left a voicemail that was a recording so missed the beginning- seemed to be a politics survey on who you voted for in NSW.
