scammers: the one where its a pre-recorded call that starts in English then translates to Chinese and when it goes to your message bank a short voicemail is left. The voice mail claims: "you have an urgent document notification, for details press 1 for English 2 for Chinese."

No one who would be legitimately contacting would even call with such a manner, do not fall for these calls. If they were legitimate, they would make an official announcement using official means of contacting you such as a letterhead direct from the business or government. If it does happen to state who they are calling from, go to them directly and call them yourself to find out. Then block the number trying to scam you.

Got a missed call - no voicemail, which is typical of automated robocall systems. When I called back it was a voicemail that didn't state the business. Said all of their representatives are busy.
