When I called back a recorded message said “the number you have dialled is not in use”

Beware of this unlisted number as it is almost certainly yet another spoofed number being used by cyber criminals. As this number was not recognised it was left to ring out with no message being recorded on completion.

A woman of middle eastern descent did not introduce herself and merely asked if I had an electricity account in my name. I replied "Yes I do. Do you have one in yours?" She said "Shut up and hung up on me.

Caller: Fake Amazon call

New it was fake as it was Automated voice and Amazon never call, unless you have called them first.

Someone from ECT who was going to give me 75% off a holiday in Australia. I told them I was not interested.

Suspicious number originating from Coffs Harbour. I didn't answer the call but called back on a silent number. Recorderd American female accent advised that this phone number was "not in use". Clearly a spam call!
