Call received on my mobile from this number at 10.00 am 17/07/20. Recorded female voice informed me that NBN is now in my area and if I was not yet connected my telephone service will be disconnected. I was instructed to press 1 in order to be connected to a technician. I did not do so and the caller rang off. 1. How did the caller identify my home address from my mobile no? 2. In these Covid days I have been assured that no communication systems will be disconnected, even if bills are unpaid. Thank you.
