Caller: I don’t know

Received a call from ‭(02) 5550 3757‬ and he correctly mentioned my name and asked the same solar panel question, I told him that I wish not to answer and asked him how did he got my name and number, then he also said I will not reply to ur question and hung up, called back and the number says not connected, please do not provide answer to such calls.

Definitely a scam regarding solar panel rebates.

Ive has a call from this number before but didn’t realise (obviously forgot to block it). When I returned the call msg said it was disconnected. Came in on 02 prefix -Sydney but commencing with 555 doesn’t make sense as should start with a 9. They usually don’t even hang on long enough to answer - what is the benefit of that?? Pests!

I've had this number call me a few days ago. They asked for me and I pretended to be my brother. They asked me when I would be back, I told them I was not sure. They then proceeded to ask me (pretending to be my brother) if I had solar panels. Dodgy AF.

I had the call again today - and this time put the caller on the auto reject list.

Missed call from this number on my mobile on 28 August 28 2019. I called back 9 minutes later and got automated message "The number you have called has been disconnected."

spam! Maybe called from India.

Missed call from this number (02) 5550 3757 but when I returned call, only dial tone and the next time I tried ringing, it is now wrong number... very dodgy!

Had a missed call from this number as I was in the shower. They left a msg. The idiot didn’t even realise he was leaving a msg. Just said, ‘hello, are you going to talk to me? Waited a while and hung up.

They called, I said hello twice and they hung up. Maybe they are trying to scam voice recognition or something?

Caller: Male Indian

Caller used my legal name, which is mostly used only with banks, government, employer and never in person or on social media. Wanted to talk to me about solar rebates, but I already have solar panels. Caller is probably a Gujarati by the way he pronounced my name (so am I).

Something about federal rebated solar panels. Told him I was on the do not call register and he quickly hung up on me.

Caller identified himself as Henry and said it was about the Australian program for Solar panels. Hung up straightaway, scammer.

Call from Solar Panel Government Rebate wanting to know if I had solar panels-the operator was unbelievably rude!

Received call 26/8/2019 around 3:15pm. I did what I always do with numbers that look suspicious, I didn't answer. I then looked up the 'reverse australia lookup' comments and got confirmation it's a 'dud' call. Thanks to all people who posted.

Disconnect when answered

This is a scam. Caller blocked. Reported to police as harassment.

Just got the call then, was no-one there, then it clicked and there was call centre backround noise then they hung up... so annoying.
