Caller: Telstra Caller says they are from Telstra. They knew my email address and mobile number. They say it was to access discounts due to my good payment record.They sent a verification code to my mobile that they wanted me to confirm. The text was a passcode for a Microsoft account password reset. I bailed at this point and blocked the number. I called the number back. It rang but there was no answer.
