Let the call divert to voicemail. Voicemail recording was of a robot first speaking in Chinese then in English. Robot gave phone dial prompts, in both languages, and gave option for English or Chinese, after stating that my Telstra service was about to be cancelled.
Clearly a phishing or other scam
