They phone claiming to be telstra, and that they suspect someone is jacking your internet. Immediately hang up and call your internet provider. I did this, while I was on the line THEY phoned Telstra, who confirmed this call did NOT originate with them. Contacting your internet provider lets them and Telstra log the event. Same scam occurs from private numbers.
