Called, screened, didn't leave a voicemail. I made my # silent and called them back, got an accented voice telling me they had recently tried to contact me as part of a market research activity, offered to let me stay on line or request help (I hung up). Possibly legit, just annoying though. Thank you call screening!

Caller: Telstra Called saying they were calling me from Telstra to discuss my IP. I'm not a Telstra customer so I hung up. Sounded like a noisy office in the background. Likely a scam
