It's a scam call - I just got it, I'm in Western Australia. The message is as follows: This is an automated message from taxation office. This is to notify you that your account has been marked delinquent due to tax evasion and tax avoidance. All letters sent to your registered address have been returned unsigned and undelivered and this has resulted in intervention against your file. A warrant has now been issued for your arrest at your registered address. Because your case has now been sent for execution you need to call our hotline number or get your lawyer to get in touch with us on (phone number excluded) to avoid the legal course of action.
It's on this website: http://www.hoax-slayer.net/australian-phone-scammers-threaten-arrest-for-tax-evasion/ So don't grab your bug out bag and head for the hills if you get it

Fake message saying I haven't paid my taxes. No official contact from ATO. A fake number

Fuzzy message saying I had not done my tax and a warrant for my arrest. ATO has not made proper contact. What a strange number.
