It's a scam in Chinese and English wanting you to contact Vodaphone .
It went to my voicemail, but I didn't bite. I then got on to reverse Australia... and lo and behold - scammers!!

This number continuously called me twice today, showing the location is Young, NSW. The first voice message left is from a human and the second is from a machine, both saying from Vodaphone customer service and nothing else. I am not using Vodaphone at all.
