recorded message pretending to be Paypal claiming $750 is about to be withdrawn from my account. Obvious scam. I hung up.

Seems to be from "Diamond Plaza".

Tried calling back and received an answering machine with an American voice and poor language, tried to hold but call drops out when it reaches 'you are caller number 1'.
