Posing as Telstra saying IP address has been compromised, told them where to go & blocked the number

I didn't answer the call as I didn't recognise the number (Bathurst area). They didn't leave a message and I won't call back.

Did not recognise number so did not answer or call back. No voicemail message left for me. Checked on here and others reporting as scam. I would therefore concur.

I got the same - answered the call and it's an Indian lady telling me that my private IP address has become public and they need to fix it. I told her where to go and she hung up on me.

100% scam.

Answered a call but this was a recorded message in female American accent about some files that they sent me. Click 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. I looked it up to find this.

Came up on phone as potential fraud, blocked

Very clearly a scammer. Don't bother answering. I blocked the number.

Automated south East Asian voice saying my phone has been improperly used.

I did not answer my phone said it was a dangerous spam and to block and delete. I am getting these nearly every day for last few weeks always different number

Indian lady said there was something wrong with my internet, a lot of hackers around and she could help me fix it.

Scammer - Aust post scam

Said, in a well-spoken English voice, that she was from VISA and that a Bitcoin purchase on my card had been rejected because I don't have a history of buying bitcoin. She then asked me to press 1 to confirm the rejection or 2 to let it go through. I asked for verification that the caller was from VISA. Silence.
There's just one little problem ... I don't have a VISA card.

I suspect that pressing I would download something nasty onto my phone. Even if you have a VISA card, why press 1 anyway if the transaction was already rejected?

Lady with Indian accent. Told my internet connection is sending me a lot of mail, I replied no. She stated I was a “stupid bloody b**** and she hung up.

Posing to be a scam, something about fraud, didn’t get to talk to anyone, went through a message then hung up.

Synthetic message about PayPal - scam

I was on another call and unable to answer my mobile.

No message left.

I rang back on silent home phone and got an automated answer voice mail box was full

Call but not answered, phone system shows spam.

hung up on answer number is now blocked
