Caller: Telstra Technical Department

I have an ongoing internet speed issue with has been investigated by a Telstra technician so I know what the problem is. This morning it was escalated to the Telstra Technical Department. Two hours later, the "Telstra Technical Department" supposedly called me. She said there was malicious activity occurring on my internet line and when I disputed this fact, she hung up. So, it is obvious to me that the Telstra support employees in India are selling information to third parties for the purposes of fraud.
