I got a call from this number today saying they are Telstra and that my internet access is breaching some info about me and that they would help to remediate the access.

Caller: They said they were telstra

I told them I didn't own the phone and hung up

Caller: Scammer

Says they’re Vodafone and my account is about to expire. I’m not with Vodafone. Message was left for a change, but it was in English then it said ‘for English press 1 and here it is in Chinese’ but then nothing. Blocked

Clearly scam.
Recorded message declaring an epidemic emergency. That's really mean!

Pretending to be Vodafone. Automated call. Scam.

The usual call with no message left, so it was almost certainly the millionth scammer. I seem to be unable to block ranges of numbers on my mobile as I can with my landline phone, otherwise I'd have blocked all 02 (interstate) numbers long before now.

Recorded voice claiming to be Optus. I’m not with them so assume this is a scammer
