They ring over and over again and wait on the line, even if you don't speak. I repeated their comments back to them and offered the same service or options but they persist for ten minutes or so. Finally, before deciding to hang up, they reveal that they have your name. Thanks a lot. I really don't like these pests. Hope they pay $$$$ for hanging on the line but at least it wastes their time. Appears to be an overseas caller - never did say what the "product" was.
