Location comes up on phone as "City, Australian Capital Territory," (not Canberra or any actual, identifiable location; spoofed number?). Didn't answer call. Loud Filipina with a strong American accent on my voicemail, blaring, "Hellooo!?! ... Helloooo!?! ... Hellooooo!?! ... Helloooooo!?!"
