It is an ai scam, the ai voice sounds very real so be very careful.. they claim to be based in Melbourne and want to help you find a better electricity offer.. I gave it a fake name and eventually got through to someone that couldn't speak English properly, asking for my account details. He got so frustrated with me and eventually hung up, hopefully people see my comment and avoid and block this number, and remember in the future, never give your details over the phone..

I believe it’s either a scam or spam caller as I don’t know anyone in the ACT.

This is most certainly a scam call..
It has a recording saying, "hi this is jess from utility office" and carry's on to say they are calling to compare the rising cost of electricity blah blah blah.. block them.
