called and hung up, strangly

robotic recording - federal court arrest if you don't call me about legal action against you?

I was told i needed to call this number from Service Australia or they would launch legal action and take me to court. When I rang and asked who they were he would not tell me and there was a lot of voices in the background. I told him i did not have any outstanding debt and did not drive so I had no infringement notices. When he would not explain what the company were I asked if it was a scam and he immediately hung up.
