This caller doesn't take no for an answer

Smart phone message showed "suspected spam" .
Did not answer.

Knew my name and address. I hung up.

I called back
got call music and "your call is very important...next available agent"
3 minutes later, I'm not feeling all that important now ;)

Says he was at my neighbours house and wanted to stop by for something that he was presumably selling. He had a very old address from years and years ago. I hung up at this point.
