They are from ZIP they are scammers trying to get me to download any desk on my phone. They send you an email and say your ZiP account has been used to buy e-gift cards to the amount of $499. They want to help you cancel it by downloading AnyDesk from the App Store. Which gives them access to your phone and all your information. I want to report it to the police.

I reserved an email saying, DEAR USER, I HOPE YOU ARE DOING WELL WE’R GLAD TO SERVE YOU AS OUR REGISTERED CUSTOMER. Then there is an invoice for 345.99. This is saying it’s from EBAY STORE

Caller: Scamers from Zip Pay/Ebay Sending messages stating you have paid $400 to ebay in gift cards.

Caller: Zip pay Sent me an email in regards to me opening gold membership account, will debit my account which they do not have. Due to covid I have no money, but do not respond to these emails, they just want your information so they can scam you for money. Block these such numbers, report it.
