Robocall saying $299 was being deducted from my account ... fake as I don't have a paypal account

My phone said scam, I looked here and other were reporting the same number

Called and left a message that i own some money to PayPal. I never used PayPal.

Scammer claiming to be PayPal. Could not give me any details since i do not have a PayPal account. Then he seemed to have trouble talking and hung up on me as i kept asking for details and not giving him my pin number

Called and left a voicemail, $299.39 for a purchase would be deducted from my account unless I pressed 1 to cancel or called the number back

I was on another call, this number suddenly started asking me for a pin number, how it broke into the call I was on and who she was I have no idea

Taking 299.99 from my account, daily 1 to claim refund of daily 9 to talk to persom
