Caller: Albert from Amazon Called saying he wanted approval to deduct $790 for an iPhone11 ordered by a Jonathon Murphy. I said no. Albert (Indian accent) said my account had been compromised and would put me through to Security to make changes. I said no and that I would call Amazon back. Albert said that I couldn't do that as customer service could not put me through to security. I hung up and went to my Amazon account to call the REAL Amazon. I explained the situation and the REAL Amazon sent an email confirming our discussion. Don't get caught. I did not. BE AWARE OF AMAZON SCAMS!
