Have paid for IgG blood test and sent sample to the clinic. That was back in March. I have not received any results, nor have I received my money back. No phone calls being answered. This non-existent service is dreadful.

I have been trying to get my child's results. they said they will email it to me but still haven't received it. trying to ring them they are not answering the phone.
