This number has been calling me and yesterday told me i was a f*ck face and full of sh*t, I still have the voicemail. When I find out who it is they're going to get a mouth full from me. I want to know where I can complain and who to complain to

Called twice today, didn't leave a message & when phoned back you get a recorded message "The number you have called is disconnected"

This number called my home phone a couple of times, but when answered, the phone hangs-up and goes to some unidentified tone.

Repeatedly calls, never leaves message (if it was genuine, why wouldn't they leave a message for me to call back?). Suspected scammer.
