They are a bogus call group who claim to be from Telstra. Have some fun with them and then report them.

Got call saying they were Telstra technicians wanting to fix a problem with my computer. Let them talk until you have had enough!

Told me they were from Telstra and my internet connection was being disconnected in 2 hours. I laughed at them, they were quite upset.

scam call claiming they are from Telstra , saying my computer was hacked and wanted me to check something on my computer, when I said I didn't believe them they hung up, rang Telstra and they said report to police

These people are scammers, they say they are from Telstra and that your internet has been hacked and they will help you fix it - hang up fast they are scammers of some sort

Oriental voice in a call centre claiming to be Telstra. I said "Oh, so I have a computer problem with my internet." Her responce was "Oh." and she hung up.
