The reason for this email is because my kids wanted pizza tonight from you, and I simply said "NO!!!" Many many months ago I asked for double sauce on our pizza, which we did receive and it was soooo nice. I then said to my wife "let's get those pizzas again they were awesome with the extra sauce!".
The next time we ordered we asked for the same ......double sauce.. it didn't come with double sauce.

My kids wanted Hunter Gourmet Pizzas for the next three occasions after that.... and guess what.....I ordered 'double sauce' on all those occasions and still nothing.

The final straw for me was when I ordered and told the young gentleman who took the order on the phone that each time we order 'double sauce' we never seem to get it. He told me over the phone that "I actually will be making your pizza tonight personally sir, so I will make sure that I give it "extra sauce". Hopes up. But guess what.....reality set in. I think that you're guys get in 'auto pilot' and robotica takes over.

Since then I have found another supplier who actually does back up their promise. I work as a trainer in hospitality and tourism, and we often talk about customer service and expectations of clients, (which in my case is not extravagant to say the least).. In this case I will simply stick to quality, and what I ask for,which I have found elsewhere.
