Told me that they were going to stop our internet connection. The reason being that malicious downloads were being executed. It was going to be down for 5 days! They had our address and the account holders name. When I requested our account number they promptly hung up - scumbags.

Really rude person claimed to be from the Telstra Technical Department. They are just trying to hack into your computer. They called 3 times just to say they were going to do things to my wife in front of me. Number is now blocked. Don't answer them just block the number!
