Rang spoke to Andy.
I booked my dr 650 in for work, was quoted $150,

We chatted, he spoke I listened.

The only term I expressed was that.
I expressed if the cost was to be more than that was quoted, that they call me prior to working further. It was to my understanding that Andy accepted my instruction.


The Bill was $250, with no call, regarding the cost being over $150.

I paid, just to get my bike back.

However I feel his oversight of not contacting me as instructed is poor communication at my expense.
