Tried to call back, got a “your call could not be connected message”

Caller: Purported to be from "National Wealth Management"

Caller had a male Australian accent. Immediately launched into a spiel about if I owned a home or had a mortgage and was under 65. I Immediately indicated I was on the "Do Not Call Register" to which he said that because he wasn't selling anything he could make the call (which is incorrect). I politely ended the call and attempted to ring the number back and got a "Number disconnected" message. Very suspicious. I have lodged an ACMA complaint. Beware.

This is a dishonest caller.

Caller: National Wealth Management.

Sarah from 49431107 rang and as previous reports was trying to gain information on mortgages, age & income and offering to give information on a 'Federal Tax Entitlement'. (couldn't find anything on the ATO website). When questioned on who Sarah worked for, she replied (unsteadily) that it was a 'campaign' and funded by other businesses. This alone represents a scam to get you to purchase 'something' to which this campaign receives a commission. Number now blocked as spam.

Caller: National Wealth Managemetn

I received a call from a female with Australian accent stating she was from "NATIONAL WEALTH MANAGEMENT" and asked if I own a home and if I am under the age of 65 and that the call relates to some special tax benefit and government incentive. I said no. She hung up.

Caller: Wealth Management company

A Tenaya called. Lots of questions about income kids home ownership etc. to ‘help me prepare for retirement’. I gave very vague answers and a fake name. And a few fake answers to see where she was going. She said a manager would review my responses and the wealth advisor would call me in a few days. After hanging up I redialled and it’s disconnetced.

This is a scam, similar questions, like do you own a home, have a mortgage and aged under 55. I said I was not interested. She said ‘ this is a very important call do not hang up’ No indication of who she was, or who she represents. I hung up. I’ve been called by this number twice since on consecutive days and do not bother to answer.

Please, if anyone ever gets a call, DO NOT call the number back in an attempt to find out who it is. I cannot express this enough. There are many cases where you can be charged thousands of dollars in doing just that. Don't call the numbers back!!!!!

Keeps calling. Have blocked number from phone. Rings once then blocks it. No idea why they're calling me. Not answering to find out either. I don't know this person.

spammers (again). said "no. go away" and hung up on her.

Received multiple missed calls from this no. No message and unable to call back

Multiple calls each day from this number. When called back it says number disconnected. So have now blocked it.

Lady called with NZ accent said was from National Wealth Management and was seeing if I was eligible for Tax offset if I was a home owner and employed. Told her not a home owner and she ended the call.

Called twice within 3 hours. When I answered they hung up both times

Investment property sales sprukiers. Telemarketers selling very overpriced investment properties interstate.

Called twice today 4.45 and 730pm

Did not answer as I did not know the number. Phone showed it came from Newcastle. Call went to mailbox and all I heard was a man coughing.
