Phone rang mid-afternoon and hung up after 8 rings (I missed the caller). I called the number back and got just three beeps. A little while later I received a call from an Indian sounding voice with a very noisy background (Call Centre??) flogging solar power incentives. All our phones are on the "Do Not Call" register, which seems to mean nothing to these spruikers.

10 calls today not a clue who this is. Could possible scam calls just as well I don't answe calls from numbers I don't recognise.
