Caller: Many people who got very upset when I didnt return their calss

Every detail of this record is INCORRECT and causing a lot of trouble for me (the old owner of this number). I am FURIOUS that my old voice message using my name and voice is still active and the current owner whose name Telstra refuses to give me is refusing to record a new message of his own. I very very strongly object to this unauthorised use of MY name, MY voice and MY address for a number that is no longer mine. PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY or I will be getting legal advice and may be going to the media.

Caller: Many friends, family and clients abusing me for never answering their calls which I never get as I no longer have this number.

I no longer have this number and the current holder of the number is refusing to delete MY answerphone message which uses MY name and now belongs to him (an unknown man at an unknown address). Telstra says it can do nothing to help. I now DEMAND that Telstra DOES do something immediately. If not, I will be consulting a lawyer because this is unauthorised use of my name and voice and disclosure of MY address which no longer belongs to this number.
