Scam Telstra call. Why can't Telstra do something about their phonies?

Called us today with a recorded message claiming to be Telstra warning our internet is about to be cut off. My provider is TPG so this is clearly a phishing scammer.

Caller: Telstra Technical Dept?? Automated voice saying they were from Telstra Technical Dept, my internet was being disconnected today and Press 1 to have the problem fixed.
